These guys are awesome! When our kitchen and basement flooded we originally called this other contractor which turned out to be a poor experience. When CTR came in the picture and realized how long we've been waiting to get our home back together they moved us up to the top of their priority list. Not only is our home looking better then before, they have a crew full of genuine people. Paul is the sweetest, he went above and beyond and really treated our home like it was his own. Tyler and Hunter did the same, keeping in mind small details and making sure to communicate with me any possible concerns they came across along the way. We have other projects in our home and we'll definitely be calling these guys back when we're ready to get them started.

I used CTR for water damage at my home. The team was very responsive, they had someone onsite with hours to assess and get the mitigation started. The technicians took great care of the house while in, setting up a walking pad down into the basement to keep our floors and carpets clean! I was impressed with the communication and knowledge shared with me during the event and through out the entire process. They even worked with my insurance to ensure all details were shared throughout the process.
